- Fingerprint – The lock features a 360-degree fingerprint sensor and can store up to 50 fingerprints in its memory.
- RFID Card – The lock includes 2 RFID cards and can store up to 100 fingerprints in its memory.
- Password – The lock supports 6-digit PIN codes and can store up to 100 different codes in its memory.
- Mechanical Key – The lock comes with 2 keys for manual access.
- Mobile App – The lock can be opened from mobile app anywhere around the world.
Security Features
- Receive notifications in the app if an incorrect fingerprint, or PIN is entered more than 5 times.
- For added safety, the lock offers an automatic locking option.
- Enhance security by using the PIN hiding feature, allowing you to enter any numbers before and after your actual PIN to conceal it from anyone watching.
- Ensure uninterrupted access with the emergency power feature. If you are away from home for an extended period and the battery is depleted, you can charge it using a power bank or use the key to unlock the door.
Please note that the emergency power feature will only work when the battery is inside the smart lock. If the battery is not inside the smart lock, only the mechanical key can open it. - Stay informed with low battery alerts to ensure your lock is always powered and ready for use.
- Easily manage access by deleting users, including cancelling a lost card, from the lock’s memory.
Compatibility & Requirements
- Door Thickness – A minimum door thickness of 35mm is required for proper installation.
- Single Door Setup – Compatible
Double Door – The smart lock is compatible with tower bolts, but you may need to install one separately for proper functionality. - For Wi-Fi models, please ensure that your router has a 2.4GHz hotspot available for proper connectivity.
- Ensure that the door is properly mounted in its place before attempting to align the lock with the frame. Without the door in place, it will be difficult to align the lock correctly.

- Warranty: Enjoy a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on electrical and mortise parts..
- Service: If you experience any issues with the lock, simply submit a service request and attach a video. We will promptly send you the replacement part or assembly needed.

I have received the lock and it was of high quality and fingerprint sensor was awesome, previously bought smart locks of two different brands but it was of very low quality, it is better to buy something like this rather then going for cheap price products.

Delivery was late, but then i came to know that it was courier company mistake. I advice to check courier company for better delivery. Received order after 7 days but lock was very good and installation and setup was easy. Recommended!
